CFES GEAR UP College Transition Program supports students in college from our seven partner schools: AuSable, Beekmantown, Crown Point, Franklin Academy, Moriah, Ticonderoga, and Willsboro. Through the GEAR UP program, funded by the U.S. Department of Education, we offer academic support, college planning workshops, mentorship programs, and essential skills activities. This allows the graduating class as they embark and succeed in their first year of college.
This grant is a game-changer, providing the resources students need to achieve their educational dreams.
