BOLTON LANDING | Thirteen junior and senior members of the Crown Point Central School CFES Brilliant Pathways Student Leadership Team attended the CFES National Conference “New Beginnings” at the Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing Nov. 7.
The college- and career-bound students accepted the “Schools of Distinction Award” on behalf of the school, its 14th such award. CFES gives these awards yearly to a select number of schools in recognition of their exemplary efforts in putting students on pathways for college and careers. This year, CPCS was one of just 26 schools chosen nationally to merit this prestigious honor.

These Brilliant Pathways students had attended “Preparing Students for STEM Careers with NASA Engineers and the West Point Astrobotic Team” as well as the “STEM Workshop with College Faculty and Students” from SUNY Adirondack as part of their preparation in becoming future leaders.
